Please contact us if you live further afield to see if we are able to help.
Initial Consultation
15 minute telephone call.
We offer a free 15-minute, no-obligation consultation via telephone to see if we would be the right people to help you.
Maybe you or your loved one have just been discharged from hospital and need some in-home rehabilitation to help you get back to your usual self. Maybe you are struggling with fatigue following being unwell and need some education and advice about how to manage your daily activities.
Whatever your concerns and whatever matters most to you, we can chat about it in your free consultation and tell you all about what we offer.
If you decide you would like to work with us, we select the therapist most suited to your needs. This person will then become your named therapist for the duration of your time with us.
Therapy Sessions/ Follow-up Visits
Up to 1 hour depending on need.
These sessions will be outlined in your treatment plan – some examples may be supporting you in learning how to use different pieces of adaptive equipment or techniques to manage daily activities, helping you to overcome barriers that are preventing you from accessing your local community. Sessions could also involve working with you to reduce your risk of falls and increase your confidence in everyday activities.
Most people need around 4-6 sessions to meet their goals – some people finish their treatment sooner and some extend their treatment to work on other goals.

Initial Assessment
1-2 hours in your own home.
Once you have decided you would like to work with us, we will visit you at home at a time that suits you.
We will complete a comprehensive assessment with you. This might involve looking at how you carry out some of your daily activities and some standardised assessments but it will always be focused on what you would like to achieve.
Following this assessment, we will come up with a treatment plan together which will help you to reach your goals. We will then plan some Occupational Therapy sessions to fit around you and your lifestyle.
Advocacy Work/Referring to Other Services/Writing Reports
Your treatment plan may also require us to help you access additional support, ensuring you have access to any finances you are entitled to, liaising with statutory agencies or writing professional reports.
We charge at an hourly rate for this and this will be agreed upon with you during your treatment. Further details of our fees can be found on our pricing page.
