How long we keep information

Personal data is retained for 6 years following your discontinuation of using You Matter Occupational Therapy Services. This is in line with your rights as a service user under the Limitation Act 1980. After this period is over, all personal data is securely erased from our records.

You don’t usually need to pay a fee to exercise your rights. If you make a request, we have one calendar month to respond to you.
